Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect a Social Integration
If you connected a social media Page, you can disconnect it in the Drop'n'See Business Portal under Profile → Social Media Integrations. Disconnecting removes stored access tokens and related integration data from our systems, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.
2. Revoke Access on the Provider
To fully revoke access on the social platform, remove Drop'n'See from your connected apps settings (for example, in Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites).
3. Request Deletion of Platform Data
Email privacy@dropnsee.com with your organization name, the email address associated with your account, and the specific data you want deleted. We may request additional verification.
We respond within 30 days. Some information may be retained for legal, security, or billing obligations or within backups for a limited period.
4. End-Customer Requests
If you are an end customer of a business using Drop'n'See, please contact that business directly. We act as a processor for their end-customer data and will route requests to the relevant Organization when applicable.
